Losing the House After All
We got a letter Saturday saying that unless we pay the entire amount we were (really stupidly) advised to NOT pay summer 2009 (three months), BOA will not accept our mortgage. The sale date is set for the middle of March. I have no words. How is that possible? Every single payment has been in-full and on time for 18 months?! They have been stringing us along that entire time getting money from us and banking on the fact that we have PMI, which ensures that they will get the total amount we took a mortgage out on, so it is actually in their best interest to forclose on the house- what about the FAMILY who lives there and has tried to make every payment to the detriment of their nutrition, etc?! It is just awful. I have such a horrible opinion of Bank of America.

I am kind of at the point I am like... you know, life is just not fair. You have sex offenders living it up and those who only stand up for abused children, inspiring students to do well and love learning, and your children to be kind to others and give what little they have to those who have even less losing their homes... Whatever.
Stuff is stuff. I know who I am though, and I am pretty ok, no deep, dark secrets to fear, or that sort of thing.
