I had great hopes for Spring Break, and it did start off well. We went to see Jen and Taylor, then Monday/Tuesday, I went to work to prepare for 18-24" of SNOW!?~
Right?
Tuesday, I could not sleep, I was SO EXCITED! I had ALL THESE ideas about snow pictures.
The next morning, I was up at 6, and planning my shots :-D
Too bad that the wind started blowing and all my ideas of snow-laden trees with red barns in the background got nixed. I did get some good shots though.

| FIRST REAL SNOW ALL WINTER (we were in Idaho for the Christmas Eve snow) |
| JOY!! Is a child playing in the snow |
| Misha was also absolutely thrilled |
| Asher had to change clothes three times, as this was very, very wet snow, and the temperature, just above freezing |
| We made an ombre snowgirl |
| Several snow angels by my little angel |
| And we were treated to a pretty glorious sunset |
The three biggest little boys really loved the snow too
I took a little drive around to get some scenic photos. Although the landscape was truly beautiful, I really wish we had blue skies.

| Leah asked for snow pictures way back in LAST April, so we FINALLY had our chance |
It was not the most-restful of breaks, because of all the snow antics, followed by snow removal, and trying desperately to finish what I needed to for work, but it was a really wonderful change of pace. Many around us had no electricity, some for up to 5 days. We were so blessed to have had it the entire time
