After a non-existent winter, we get... SPRING!!

I will say, this has not been a winter.  We have had days in the 70s throughout every month since September, and no snow, except the 5 inches we got in October.  It has been utterly bizzare.  We had 3 thunderstorms this week too.  What a crazy "winter." 2011-2012 has been.  That being said, I ALWAYS love when the world wakes up, the leaves pop back onto the trees (nothing is as depressing as leafless trees), the grass turns green again, the sun warms the skin (especially if there is no breeze), and the birds are happily singing the morning away.  That has all happened in the last week.  It has been wonderful, and not a moment too soon either.  The kids at JMU are on spring break now, and Asher and Matt spend hours every day at the park.  This makes for one happy boy, and one contented daddy- which means a happier me too.

You know that day when you are so tired, you dont care if your son takes lemon frosting and wipes it all over the mirror and it is totally fine because you have 5 minutes to yourself? Yeah, that happened.

Finally, Valerie is very excited about the Hunger Games movie.  She chose to talk about it for a project in drama.  I really wish iMovie was as easy to use as it is on our 2008 computer.  The new one is insanely difficult to use!
