This Weekend...

Jen and Michael made it up for the weekend! I love when we have family visiting. It makes everything so much nicer. Food tastes better, flash thunderstorms while walking outside are more adventureous, trying to park in Georgetown during Cherry Blossom Festival AND next to Georgetown Cupcakes is more humorous, sleeping is more fulfilling and just being at home is so, so much nicer. It is also General Conference weekend (no "church"), so Matt and I caught conference late last night and at noon and four today with lots of Asher antics all.day.long. He loves family too- to the point that he is CRAZY hyper, then whiny. He got to spend the day with Abby and David and was just so, so happy saying "aw-bby, aw-bby aw-bby" over and over till he fell asleep on the drive home. Enjoy the photos.

We LOVE watching DC Cupcakes on TLC on Friday nights

Just woke up... with the help of a fall from the bed (oops)

Asher is probably also abundantly sharing his new word that david taught him: WAIT! It was great to see you.

Ohhhhhh, Abby (and DAVID!!) you have no idea. Any time he does not get his way "WAAAAAIIIITTT!" It is super fun ;-)

Asher thinks "wait" means "stop and let me have what I want immediately" at least he is talking, right... right?!

Abby, also, yesterday, Valerie was trying to help me get Asher dressed and Asher kept screaming "AAABBBYYY!!" "AAABBBBYYY!!!" It was funny!
