Roller Coaster

I had high hopes for the weekend. Everyone who "Should" know what happened, does, so it does not need to be rehashed. Suffice it to say, things did not go well with Valerie this weekend, and even 3 days later, I am flabbergasted as to why. The only thing I can come up with is I bet she had "better" things to do in Waynesboro, so our sacrifices of our 5th anniversary were for nothing. We did not even get to take Asher to King's Dominion as planned. There is more to the story, but I am still sorting through it right now. What I do know, is that whatever "That" was, it was wild and crazy and in no way a normal response to what (good) things were happening.
We ended up doing nothing for our anniversary- but we wanted to make the day fun for Asher.  I feel terrible at how disappointed he was that he did not get to ride a roller coaster.  His friends played hard with him though, so he had fun.
I did a family photo shoot Saturday morning.  That was a challenge, considering the venue (Relief Society room, thanks rain), but the photos are good.

Sunday, I sulked at home most of the day, then took these guys' photos
Asher joined right in

This is his very good friend

Being silly

Roasting marshmallows- then giving them to Matt

Gooey face

Matt likes them, so it was good

Love this shot

Still playing with his friend- Asher was a ringmaster "Wadees and diggle-man! STEP.RIGHT.UP!"
He cracks me up.  Where does he learn this stuff?!
