Working on getting things back together financially, emotionally, etc has necessitated a good look at my home. It is worth significantly less than it was when it was purchased. When it was purchased, it was worth $10000 MORE than what was paid... Now, it is worth much less, so a short-sell- and emphasis on short- is in progress- considering the relationship with Bank of America for a mere three late payments in 2009. Grrr...Prayers needed for short sell. I am not interested at all in a foreclosure, thank you.
The crazy thing is, where we are moving is much nicer, bigger, better neighbors, quieter street... It is good. Something GOOD?! I could get used to this. There is much to sort out and I am in the process of selling the storage shed and appliances, but all in all, I have such a great peace and excitement about this new (and more-spacious) chapter. I am so excited about this home, the back yard, deck, screened-in porch and more room to live. I hope to not move after that for a long, long, LONG time.
After single-momming it all afternoon, evening, I have been filling my night hours with makeup. I like makeup a lot. I like MAC makeup the best, so I have just been playing with colors and brushes and at the same time passing time which is excellent. I am not so good at alone, but doing something fun and beneficial alone is all good... Course I do wash it all off 30 minutes later, but it's all good.
