This weekend, we went to see Matt's sister graduate. The campus was a lot like a combination between the JMU quad and the UVa lawn. It was a beautiful (albeit windy) day for a graduation.

Asher was mostly good, and so was Valerie, but it started getting to melting-point after about 4 hours. We were all tired, hot and hungry. Remarkably, after eating dinner, suddenly everything was fine and dandy. What a relief. Having the kind of whining I sat through from the school to the house then to dinner was not fun. Luckily, the ride home after dinner was fine. I even got to sing "Juke Box Hero" and make Valerie laugh at my "stupid music."

We were lucky enough to hand-deliver mother's day presents. I got my mom and Matt's mom a hand-stamped necklace with all their children's names and birthstones. I met this wonderful lady off Gymbofriends, of course.

Sadly, my camera is dead and so was my phone this evening, so no necklace pictures.

I also made cookies with words describing Debby. That was fun, but getting icing to do what I want is a talent I need to work on...

Also, I made a picture in photoshop of all Matt's mom's grandchildren. I have been wanting to learn to use the program and I am on my way. I really loved putting this together- all 30 hours and 17 layers and 4 printings and all. It really was fun!

I really do love photo editing/taking/presenting.

I really REALLY REALLY want a new camera for "getting a good job" or Mother's Day present, but I am pretty sure I might possibly be getting a card. It's all good though ;-)
