We were all happy at the end of it though, so that is good.
Valerie looooves dressing Asher in weird things whenever she can. Today, he was wearing her rock star paigeboy. The good thing was that SHE was wearing her Cirque du Soliel funky hat. She and I saw Corteo about 4 years ago. Fantastic!
Valerie and I were talking and Asher went into Valerie's room. We were just talking for a few minutes with him unattended (the moms know where this is going) when I went into her room to see why he was being so contentedly quiet.
The kid can get the lid off anything- including a tube of lip gloss. He had is alllll over his hands and apparently, it was tasty. IT was allll over his mouth too. I was like "DONT TOUCH ANYTHING!" and ran to get something to wipe him down. As I walked in, he steadied himself on Valerie's ottoman. The handprint was so funny, Valerie and I decided to leave it alone. He was so tacky sticky after 3 baths. That lipgloss is nasty buisness.
We have a dentist in our ward and so we went to see Dr Copeland. He said to leave it unless it starts aching. To remove it would require surgery and a spacer, but the level now is not a threat. He did not charge me for the visit, which was a blessing.
I was in a full sweat though. Asher kept running in and out of the office- it is one of many suites in one building. He climbed everything he could and was an all-around mess.
Valerie needed a few things for camp, so we went after the trip to the dentist. As I was inspecting the clearance end-cap, Asher decided he needed this headband. Don't worry, I slyly removed it a few minutes later and put it back.
When I got home, it was 6 o clock. Sigh. I had a special treat though!! Matt's mom sent us a rockin' package. Lots of good things, but look at these sweet things!
I am dying over this little outfit. It is too sweet~! I wish I could put it on Asher... maybe another little guy in the future, but not counting on it too seriously. I just love it though, I have picked it up about 200 times since 6 o clock. Just yesterday, I was looking at Asher's box of things I am saving. I love baby things, they are just so sweet.
These socks are amazingly soft! I was like WOW! because I thought super cozy socks were a new invention. These shoes! AHHH! Too cute!
Anyway, Asher is obsessed with his turtle night light. He and I were staring at the celing last night, then he sat up and looked into the light. I thought he looked like one of the creatures on Avatar, so I took a picture.
Valerie is all sorts of fun with excitement built up for Girls' Camp. Asher and I tickled her until she fell off the bed (Asher looked at me like "WHAT DID YOU DO!") then she did a little tribal dance for us. We are going to MISS her this week. Again though, I am SO grateful for the ward and the work our girls did so that they can all go free of charge.

crystal, matt was blessed in that little outfit. i am thinking maybe i got those little socks to ?match? i have always loved those shoes, too. there were some stains on the outfit, but oxyclean took them all out. pretty impressed with that product. i am glad you liked the stuff. great pictures. sounds like a fun day.
Oxyclean is my favorite! Honestly, it is really good stuff. I have also found that vinegar whitens and brightens, so that is my new love.
Such a cute little outfit though. I love the sweater diaper cover! Too! TOO! cute! We will keep it safe ;-)
