Urgent prayers of stability and healing are needed for my friend- Krissy Pieper (pronounced "peeper"). She is married to Joel and he was in the same singles' ward as me. When they were dating, engaged and married, we became best friends and the three of us all got our temple endowments the same day.
They have a son who was born at 25 weeks gestation after a sudden and scary bout with Pre-ecclampsia and something called HELLP that is even more scary than pre-ecclampsia. Isaac is a true miracle, I saw first-hand what prayer and faith can do, but that was the scariest situation I have ever seen, and also the most-beautiful.
Well, they had some troubles, but finally we able to get pregnant again and everything has been perfect. Until yesterday. Krissy is in the hospital with confirmed Pre-ecclampsia, Joel is deployed to Iraq and Isaac is with someone in their ward in Hawaii (they are stationed there). Krissy is only 22 weeks pregnant with Madison, a perfect little baby girl. They need all your prayers, and mine and those on the other side of the veil too. Please pray. As Krissy herself put it, at 22 weeks, there will be no attempt made to keep her alive. There needs more time and there needs to be healing and stability and Joel needs to be able to come home to his family NOW.

Oh no. I will pray with all my heart for her. Isaac was a miracle, but Krissy shouldn't have to go through this again. A miracle can happen here. It will.
I think so too, Eve!! She is such an amazing friend and mom. A miracle will happen again and they will be a huge bolster to my testimony again. Honestly, seeing Isaac's life first-hand has made me into a much-better person. He IS absoultely, a miracle that I got to see from 12 hours after his birth. I love that boy and I love his parents so much.
