We went to meet Candice for lunch and to deliver a certain pretty girl a white dress for her baptism ;-) and look at sales at a certain store. I would have stayed longer, but Asher would have NONE. OF. THAT. Sigh.
I went to the Post Office and those glass doors to TOO LIGHT! He kept escaping and I would have to run and get him, hold him squirming and screaming until he busted away, then we repeated this three or four times. Of course, the little old lady was having nice things to say. It is all good, but I am not taking him with me ever again until he is like 4.
I had to go get Valerie from Cheerleading practice (tryouts are tomorrow) and came home to a fully-clothed baby, but I noticed he was wearing "booty shorts."
You cant really tell in this picture, but they were SHORT. Still though, it was a little cute seeing his little legs.
The funny thing is, when I looked at the tag they were 6-12 months. HAH! We have been in 18-24 for a year now.
I am not too sure where Matt found them, but I am just glad he was clothed ;-)
We are DONE with jammie pants except the waistband. I have been inspecting Matt's pajama bottoms that his mom made and hope to replicate her awesome sewing. Wish me luck on that, but let me know if you have any tips.
Next up, I want to learn to make apron dresses...
What are they?
Look up Little Blossom Dress or Set the table dress on ebay and check completed listings. These babies sell regularly for 200$. I have found some BEAUTIFUL handkerchiefs that will work wonderfully to make apron dresses... now to figure out HOW to do that.
